Grampians Tourism provided operators with an industry update focusing on the road to reopening. It included an overview of our upcoming marketing activity and the new industry strengthening program, plus the latest information and market insights from key industry stakeholders:

Grampians Tourism provided operators with a Cultural Protocol Workshop with Visit Victoria’s Specialist, Aboriginal Tourism, Ashleigh Bartley. Topics covered included:
* Cultural protocols and sensitivities for engaging with Indigenous Australians (respect)
* Historical information to support the conversation on respect and acknowledgement (truth-telling)
* The importance of representation, not only in media but across all industries (leadership)
* How to get involved in Victoria (engagement).
