Grampians Tourism was established in 2009 and is the peak industry body for tourism in the Grampians region. It encompasses and is directly supported by Ararat Rural City, Horsham Rural City, Northern Grampians Shire, Southern Grampians Shire.
Our primary purpose is to deliver a coordinated approach to marketing, product development, infrastructure investment and industry development for the Grampians Region. We do this by creating cooperative marketing and advertising opportunities with industry to increase our region, it experiences and destinations, exposure in key markets. Marc has had 20 years experience in tourism, both in private industry and local government including roles in general management, marketing and sales with responsibility for strategic planning, events, visitor services and stakeholder engagement.
Serena EldridgeBusiness Manager
Serena is an accomplished, respected and innovative leader in the Tourism and Media Marketing sector. Serena was recently employed as the Industry & Development Manager at Visit Ballarat and previous to this was employed by Fairfax Media as the Group Marketing Manager for VIC/TAS and NSW overseeing the marketing and sponsorship activity of over 60 individual newspapers.
We are thrilled to have Serena as part of our team and with more than 18 years of experience in leadership roles within internationally recognised organisations, brings with her a wealth of tourism experience and enthusiasm.
Sarah MyersMarketing and Brand Manager
Sarah has always had an interest in business and brands and she is especially intrigued by the ‘why’ behind brands. After completing a Bachelor of Business in Marketing at RMIT and travelling the world, she worked for over a decade to create, develop and grow brands within large organisations in Melbourne, learning and developing from some of the best in the business.
Sarah is a strategic marketer with a proven ability to deliver, through the development of marketing and business plans that are based on insightful consumer and commercial understanding. She brings strong leadership skills and experience, and the capability to develop meaningful strategic plans that result in commercial success.
