Grampians Tourism was established in 2009 and is the peak industry body for tourism in the Grampians region. It encompasses and is directly supported by Ararat Rural City, Horsham Rural City, Northern Grampians Shire, Southern Grampians Shire and the Pyrenees Shire.
Our primary purpose is to deliver a coordinated approach to marketing, product development, infrastructure investment and industry development for the Grampians Region. We do this by creating cooperative marketing and advertising opportunities with industry to increase our region, it experiences and destinations, exposure in key markets. Our key asset is www.visitgrampians.com.au – the gateway to the Grampians region.
The Grampians Tourism Board includes six industry skilled-based members, as well as representatives from the five participating Councils, Parks Victoria, Regional Development Victoria and Tourism Victoria. The board is chaired by an independent chairman.
Will has been a tourism professional for the past 15 years. As a small business owner he created a number of restaurants and a winery in Beechworth with his wife Sarah prior to moving to the Grampians. Will worked as Marketing Manager at Falls Creek Alpine Resort and for North East Victoria Tourism developing brand marketing programs and industry development programs. Will and his family love the outdoors and spend their weekends exploring the Grampians many trails peaks and cellar doors.
From a travel consultant to executive assistant in local government, communications, project and partnership manager, Erin brings to Grampians Tourism diverse skills and experience. ,Based in the Southern Grampians with her family, Erin (a self-confessed Instagram addict), is excited to join the Grampians Tourism team to promote and market the region she loves. ,In her spare time, you’ll find Erin camping with her family and exploring the region’s cellar doors. On her bucket list…the Grampians Peaks Trail. ,

As GT is growing and evolving, the need to ensure we have the right people in the right roles is more important than ever. Nancy joined her wine-making partner in the Pyrenees/Grampians region a few years ago. Her extensive tourism and marketing background stretches across the globe. Primarily, we have engaged Nancy to drive the Grampians Online Implementation, but will also use her skills-set to ensure major projects such as the Peaks Trail, Grampians Way and the Grampians Food and Wine Group gain momentum and grow into the future.
